Alycia is an accredited MumSafe™️ Trainer based in Bendigo, Central Victoria with qualifications and experience in pregnancy, post natal training and group fitness. Her passion lies with helping women, especially mums regain strength, pelvic floor function and confidence with exercise from home, the gym or outdoors.

She created The Strongest Mum Pre and Post Natal Program to do just this! You will find her working out of Snap Fitness in Bendigo and Epsom as well as at her private studio in Strathfieldsaye, live virtual and selected outdoor venues in Bendigo, Central Victoria. Helping mums is a passion for Alycia who is a mum herself to an energetic young son, fueling the creation of her TSM Pre and Post Natal Program in 2020.

I train women, with a focus on training post natal women in particular. After becoming a mother my passion and views of training changed dramatically and I am now on a mission to help women regain pelvic floor function, improve quality of life, increase strength and fitness and connect to like minded women within their community. I truly believe I can make a difference in the community I live in by helping the women I train who live here too. Together we can create a healthier community. Whether you are super busy, work from home, have limited time to train or able to make all face to face sessions, there is a training option to suit you!

Join me in The Strongest Mum Pre and Post Natal Program where you will learn all about pelvic floor health, core function, increase or improve strength and cardio fitness, establish a training routine, learn how to train with minimal equipment and have access to loads of extra information regarding women's health plus referrals to local Women's Health Physio partners.

This is a one of a kind program designed specifically for women and mums to help them begin or progress their exercise journey in a safe and friendly environment. I always say the exercise is just a bonus! As we touch on so many other important things like women's health appointments, program education, referrals to other health professional, mental health, meal plans and so much more. 

Face to face sessions are available in the Bendigo area and LIVE virtual options are available from wherever you are!

Choose one or two sessions per week alongside the Victorian School Terms of 10 week blocks making it a term commitment program. Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. I like to work with my clients for a minimum of 10 weeks to help establish those all important habits and lifestyle changes that will help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle long term. If small group training is not for you or you prefer the opportunity of 1:1 time to get all of your questions answered right away then 1:1 PT is for you! You will get a personalized program and access to a library of online content to further support your fitness and training goals.

Online Coaching is also available and gives you the convenience of training from home or in a gym environment at times that suit you with added 24/7 support via contact online, with me and structured check ins through out the week. We begin with an initial program orientation done via Zoom or Face to Face with 10 week blocks of programming. Reach your goals in the best way suited to your lifestyle!

Are you pressed for time or can't make it into a gym? Maybe 1:1 PT isn't in your weekly budget or you like to train at times of the day that don't allow you to leave the house...Well TSM Online Membership is for you!

Choose from a timetable of LIVE virtual workouts using minimal equipment from wherever you are!

Each session is run by a MumSafe™️ Trainer and will include exercise modifications should you need them however they are a faster pace session than the TSM Pre and Post Natal Program so if you are a new mum or getting back into exercise and need more support then I'd recommend starting with TSM Pre and Post Natal Program first then progressing to TSM Online Membership once you have a sound understanding of how to modify exercise for your individual needs.

I began training with Alycia approximately 3 months ago and would recommend her program to everyone. Alycia is an incredibly easy going, fun, welcoming and knowledgeable personal trainer who specialises in training both pregnant and postpartum women.

Alycia’s class sizes are designed to be very small and therefore provide the opportunity for a lot of support and one on one direction with each exercise and movement, designed to support and encourage women building their fitness after the birth of their children.

Each exercise has a different option to allow for reduction or increase in difficulty, to allow all fitness levels the ability to perform the movement. There are also alternative options provided to each women in the class if they are unable to do that specific movement due to injury from birth, labour or otherwise. All of the women in the class are encouraging and supportive of one another which creates a very welcoming and positive atmosphere.

Alycia is always happy to make one on one time to help her clients achieve their goals. Alycia designed me a plan with some exercises to perform either at home or in a gym environment to allow for greater flexibility, support and development in achieving my goals postpartum.

Alycia has a wealth of fitness and training knowledge. She motivates you while being understanding of any injuries or weaknesses you need to work through. I have found her online programs easy to follow with a great variety of exercises. She's highly responsive to any questions I throw at her and always checks in. Her focus on mental strength as well as physical has really helped me to keep going and stay persistent. Her online community is an awesome resource and her programs and challenges really work up a sweat! Plus they are the best value for price I've seen. Highly recommend her programs or service to anyone!
