I have the best job in Bendigo! All week I get to talk to women and mums about their health, fitness, motherhood and EVERYTHING in between. I am here to support you with your return to exercise post partum or during pregnancy. Let's connect, chat, meet or train together. TSM Pre & Post Natal Program is a 10 week training commitment with the option of attending 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. The sessions are chosen at the beginning of the term so you can block your diary out for those times and make it your new weekly habit! If you miss a session due to #mumlife then simply catch up at home with the online videos or swap your session time with another mumma :)
